Ravus will join you as the two of you make your way to Lunafreya and Noctis. When it comes time to fight him and his troops, use everything you learned about Ignis's skills to defeat him.

It's up to you whether you want to bother with fighting them, but you should aim to have all of the achievements above this point on the page before heading onto the boat. Many districts in Altissia will be taken over as you collect the documents and fight other soldiers. You might even get the achievement at this point. Madrana Street has also fallen to the empire, so you can rack up more kills there. When your objective says "Hop in the boat", it'll be time to collect the fifteen documents scattered around Altissia. Prompto and Gladio will speak with you for a bit, with Gladio being a bit upset (reasonably this time). Once you've cleared the area out, you should be granted a boat by the Altissian government. Focus first on defeating the coeurl with flamebound Total Clarity in the first wave of reinforcements due to its far superior strength, then continue to fight through the rest like usual. Clear them out with some frostbound attacks, then take care of their reinforcements. As soon as you regain control, the Tigiano District will fall once more, giving you more Total Clarity opportunities. Ravus will order a retreat while he remains in Altissia. The bridge, when you get to it, won't be worth crossing. Don't worry about the Tigiano District until you clear out these two first, as you're supposed to reach the bridge in Tigiano anyway. Polipoli Street and the Deutato District have fallen to imperial control as well, meaning you have more Total Clarity kills to push towards your 100 you need. This is much easier done once you hit a certain point in the chapter, so they won't be mentioned much unless they're in your way like this one was. There are fifteen documents in total, and you'll have to get all of these. There's also a note from Prompto on a green crate around here, shown as a blue item spark. Once the place has been turned to Altissian control, look for the designated save point for the Arcaleo District and use it to save your game.
When an MA Pisces drops into the arena, don't worry it too can fall to Total Clarity if targeted in the right areas. There's a spot in the southwest corner of the plaza near some stairs that you can hide in while charging Total Clarity so you can kill them all with the frostbound attack, if you wish to continue grinding towards that achievement. The Arcaleo District has fallen to imperial control thanks to the squadron of troopers down in the plaza below you. Once all enemies here have been defeated, Ignis will take a hookshot from a trooper and watch as two of The Six duke it out in the water.
